Stontex Rust Off 1ltr – Rust remover for paving

Rust stains ruin the look of patios and driveways. Metal furniture, garden tools, and planters leave orange marks on paving that won’t shift with normal cleaning.

Rust remover for paving removes these stains quickly. This professional rust remover works on paving, natural stone, and concrete surfaces across Irish gardens.

What Causes Rust Stains on Paving?

Metal objects leave rust marks when they sit on stone surfaces. Garden furniture is a common culprit, especially after winter storage. Tools left on patios, metal planters, and decorative features all cause oxidation staining.

Irish weather makes the problem worse. Rain and moisture speed up the rusting process. These orange-brown marks penetrate porous stone, making them difficult to remove with standard patio cleaners.

How Stontex Rust Off Works

This rust remover contains active ingredients that break down iron oxide deposits. The formula penetrates stone surfaces to lift rust from within the material.

You don’t need to dilute the solution. Apply it directly to the stained area. The product works on contact, dissolving rust particles without damaging your paving.

Stontex Rust Off is suitable for:

• Block paving and patio slabs
• Natural stone surfaces
• Concrete driveways
• Sandstone and limestone
• Granite and slate

Application Instructions

Clean the area first to remove loose dirt. Apply Stontex Rust Off directly to the rust stain. Leave it to work for 15-20 minutes. You’ll see the stain begin to fade.

For stubborn marks, use a stiff brush to agitate the surface. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Deep stains may need a second application.

One litre covers approximately 10-15 square metres, depending on stain severity. Work in sections for best results.

Safety Considerations

Wear protective gloves when handling this product. Keep it away from skin and eyes. Work in a well-ventilated area when treating large surfaces.

Avoid contact with painted surfaces and metal objects. Rinse any splashes immediately with water. Store in a cool, dry place away from children.

Perfect for Irish Properties

Irish weather creates ideal conditions for rust formation. Damp climates mean metal furniture and tools rust faster. This rust remover is designed for outdoor Irish conditions.

Use it on driveways after winter, when metal shovels and tools have left marks. Treat patios in spring before the outdoor season starts. Your paving will look fresh and clean.
